Boot Camp vs Fire Up! Outdoor Fitness Courses
Undoubtably Boot Camps are a great way to keep fit, however they can become very repetitive and sterile after a period of time. This is why in 2004 we devoloped our outdoor fitness program as an alternative to the traditional Boot Camp.
Our outdoor fitness course differ from bootcamps in that its NOT 'military' style training. The dynamics at every session incorporate the MFB (Metropolitan Fire Brigade) ethos of TEAMWORK, CAMADERIE & MATESHIP. A positive and motivational environment enhances enjoyment and potential for increased physical (strength, toning, cardiovascular) results. If you enjoy an exercise program, you'll keep coming back... thats Fire Up!
