Fitness Camp

Yes! – We can tailor a fitness camp package specifically for you and your work mates. Our Fire Up! Instructors can come to your work place and talk through a host of different training options we have available for each specific work place.

Choose either one of our fantastic out door locations, such as Albert Park Lake or the Tan Track, or if the out doors is not your style then we can keep the entire course indoors at the Pit Lane Buildings, Albert Park.

Alternatively, if there is a suitable location closer to your work place then Fire Up! Fitness can come to you!

We offer our course before, during (lunch break) and after work, so we can cater for whatever fits your time schedule.

The package includes:

  • Optional extra 4 x running group every Saturday or Sunday. Free session - caters for ALL fitness levels (see Running Group link for details)
  • All Instructors are current Professional Metropolitan Fire Fighters & Personal Trainers
  • Instructors are VICFIT qualified, experienced and highly motivated
  • Sessions include Fire Fighter simulated exercises and drills
  • Rotation of venues from week to week to enhance challenges
  • Comprehensive and regular fitness testing
  • Platoons allocated depending on fitness levels (exercising with people with similar fitness levels)
  • A cross training circuit based format including exercises such as, weights, non contact boxing, body resistance training, plyometrics, soft sand and hill running, tyre pulls, and competitive group activities
  • Thorough warm up and cool down including whole body stretching
  • 5 week dietary plan / nutrition booklet containing valuable tips and hints!
  • Advice from qualified physiotherapists , with opportunity for follow up massage and muscle therapy at reduced practice rates
  • Social function/celebration night held at completion of course
