Most Australians have dreamed about walking the famous Kokoda Track, located deep in the jungles of Papua New Guinea.
Now why not turn that dream into reality?
Following in the footsteps of our incredibly heroic forefathers of World War II is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding experiences in a person’s life.
Most of us have read books or watched documentaries on the Kokoda campaign, it is a story not to dissimilar to that of the Gallipoli campaign from World War I. Our forefathers fought along side each other against unspeakable odds, against a ruthless enemy in intolerable conditions and again, proved that as a nation we have built our foundations on mate ship, team work and camaraderie.
To walk the Kokoda Track successfully, you will have to provide some of the similar characteristics of our forefathers, beginning with your training here in Australia.
This journey begins 8 weeks prior to leaving Australia. We have tailored a program specifically designed to prepare you and your friends physically and mentally to attempt the arduous 8 day trek. See the training page.
